Shift Today ("the App") is developed by jverse. This page explains how we handle information when you use our App.
1. Information We Collect
The App stores your shift pattern, start date, and display preferences (accent color, icon choices) locally on your device only. This data is never transmitted to our servers.
2. Analytics
We use Google Firebase Analytics to collect anonymous usage data such as:
- Screen views (which screens are visited)
- Feature usage (e.g., icon or color changes, share actions)
- App version, device model, and OS version
This data is aggregated and anonymous. It does not include your shift schedule, personal identity, or any personally identifiable information (PII).
3. Advertising
The App displays ads provided by Google AdMob. AdMob may collect and use data as described in Google's advertising privacy policy. This may include device identifiers and general location for ad personalization.
You can opt out of personalized ads in your device settings:

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal data with third parties. The only data transmitted from the App is anonymous analytics and ad-related data as described above.
6. Data Retention
All user preferences are stored locally on your device. Uninstalling the App removes all locally stored data. Anonymous analytics data is retained by Google according to their data retention policies.
7. Children's Privacy
The App is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
